Management

A human adventure

An innovative, uniting management policy

Based on a two-fold ambition of providing the best ERP solutions while combining ethics and performance, TVH Consulting has developed a specific business model to reach these goals

An innovative, uniting management policy

TVH Consulting has, from the start, opted for a policy of innovative management, encouraging its personnel to acquire shares so as to foster maximum commitment from its teams. Consequently, the company, which now has a staff of nearly 80, is directed by its key people (partners and employees) and manages to secure the loyalty of and attract the best profiles on a highly competitive recruitment market.

Partner status is not only achieved through length of service, it is also linked with the need to obtain convincing results (customer satisfaction, ability to lead, creativity, commitment) consistently acquired over time. Remuneration is a reflection of the company’s results and a sizeable portion is reinvested alongside a significant initial capital investment.

As a result, THV Consulting has implemented a rigorous and innovative organizational structure from its inception to offer every employee who demonstrates his/her managerial or creative qualities the prospect of becoming a special partner and thus actively participate in defining the group’s strategy.

TVH Consulting’s personnel share the same values (especially the pursuit of professionalism) and are driven by the same ambition: to deliver the best the industry can offer within a framework of ethical rigor untouched by conflicts of interest between advice, the services recommended and the higher interests of customers.
