Privacy notice concerning the processing of personal data for marketing purposes
1. Identities of the data controller and data protection officer:
The data controller is TVH Consulting, a Société par Actions Simplifiée (a French simplified joint stock company) with capital of €750,000, registered on the Versailles Trade and Companies Register (RC) under number 448 995 787, having its registered office at 22, rue Guynemer, BP 112, 78601 Maisons-Laffitte Cedex, France, represented by Ahmed Mahcer, Managing Director, having his address for service at said registered office in this capacity and duly authorized for the purposes hereof.

2. Data collected:
The data collected by the data controller concern the following contact details: surname, first name, position, company, email address, work telephone number.
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing:
The purposes behind the processing of personal data are:
- the sending of information emails regarding our various services, introducing ERP products, invitations to events, and reports about your chosen industries;
- direct marketing
The processing of personal data is based on the provisions of Article 6, subsection 1, point a) of the European General Data Protection Regulation.
Data subjects are thus informed by this notice that their data are processed and of the reasons why the processing conducted is necessary.
4. Personal data recipients:
The data controller is the recipient of the data collected.
Data can be sent directly or indirectly to data processors, partners, and/or persons that the data controller appoints in respect of service performance.
5. Data retention period:
The personal data processed are kept no longer than:
- three years from the first contact for prospective customers;
- three years from the end of the contractual relationship for actual customers.
6. Rights of data subjects over their personal data:
As stipulated by French data protection legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation, data subjects have the right to access, correct and erase data held about them, to restrict or challenge processing, and to data portability.
Data subjects can consequently request that data held about them that are inaccurate, incomplete or questionable are corrected, supplemented, clarified, updated or deleted.
They also have the right to set down general and specific instructions regarding how the aforementioned rights should be exercised after their death, by electronic mail to the following address, accompanied by a signed identity document: dpo.rgpd@tvhconsulting.com.
The data controller guarantees that the request will be processed as soon as possible and in any event within one month of receipt of the request. In this regard, the data controller will supply information about the measures taken.
Lastly, data subjects have the option of submitting a complaint to a data protection authority (relative to TVH in France, this is the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés).
