A Strategic Merger Between Two ERP Integrators Recognized by the IT Market
TVH Consulting, an independent consulting firm specializing in the integration of major market ERP solutions “Microsoft Dynamics and SAP”, announces a strategic merger with the Cadexpert Group. The combined revenue of the two groups will reach 30 million euros.
With nearly 50 employees, Cadexpert has been a major player in the integration of SAP solutions for almost 20 years. With offices in Lyon (headquarters), Paris, and Nantes, Cadexpert operates in several key markets (Manufacturing Industry, Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Industry, Chemicals, Agri-food, Consumer Goods…). The company is a SAP GOLD partner.
Through this merger, TVH Consulting, present in France and Europe, confirms the acceleration of its growth strategy – following Pragma’s entry into its capital in September 2016 – and aims to strengthen its relationships with Microsoft and SAP. By joining forces, TVH Consulting and Cadexpert will be able to enrich their business offerings for SMEs and large groups, making them more global and innovative in an increasingly competitive and international context.
The shareholders of both companies aim to conclude the ongoing exclusive discussions as soon as possible.
