Becoming an associate is not just a long-service award. Associate members have to achieve outstanding results (customer satisfaction, leadership, creativity, commitment) and do so consistently over a period of time. Remuneration is based on the firm’s net earnings, and a substantial share is ploughed back into the business as capital.
In this way, the business, which now employs around 170, is led by its key people – these associate shareholders – and it successfully both attracts and retains the most impressive profiles on a highly-competitive recruitment market.
