France’s Qualiopi standard attests to the quality of the process followed as regards skills development management, namely our training courses. TVH Consulting and Cosmos Consulting officially obtain Qualiopi certification for 4 years. Our listing in the Datadock system gives us a presence among the other high-quality training providers listed, and facilitates the administrative and financial management of your training delivery in France.

Supervised training process

We use Digiforma to run real-time training, provide a dedicated extranet for each session and an e-learning platform to our training attendees, and reinforce our quality process through the continuous improvement of the training we offer.

An evaluation sheet is given out after each TVH Consulting training course

Training evaluation and completion certificate

A ‘hot’ evaluation sheet is completed immediately after course completion for attendees to assess the relevance of the content and quality of the trainers. Another evaluation occurs 30 days later to measure the impact on day-to-day work. Attendees also receive a certificate of training completion.

Access to the TVH Consulting training center for persons with disabilities

Accessibility to training

Various arrangements and adjustments have been made to maximize the accessibility to training for persons with disabilities or other restrictions (visible or otherwise). Should these provisions prove inadequate, we are in a position to call upon our professional network to supplement them, with further equipment or action.

Our team consists of some forty trainer consultants certified by Microsoft and SAP for their proficiency in new functionalities and ability to explain all the technical possibilities offered by these platforms.

As educators, their aim is not to have users replicate certain actions, but to truly pass on their knowledge, and ensure users understand system functionalities so they are used appropriately, with any tweaks necessary for the various requirements they encounter, including in connection with the various stakeholders in their business processes.

We maintain the quality of our training service through teamwork coordinated by a project manager, regular dialog with our customers, and specific contact before training starts to avoid any misunderstanding about pre-requisites. Training quality also includes attendee evaluations at the end of each course, a training report, and technological intelligence-gathering for developments from publishers and on changes affecting the environments in which we work.
