It allows partners to manage the entire lifecycle of Microsoft Cloud clients and be their sole point of contact. The “Cloud Solution Provider” becomes the customer’s trusted advisor and intermediary for all interactions with Microsoft’s public Azure cloud, whether it be Dynamics 365 for Operations, Office 365, Power BI, or the Cortana Intelligence Suite.
