The LAB ADAX COOP, Cap Seine, and Acolyance Innovate for Their Sector
Cap Seine, a leading agricultural and food cooperative group in western France, has decided to join the LAB, the cooperative discussion club to support its growth projects. With its 150 locations and 3700 active members, the cooperative is involved in both upstream and downstream activities, from collection to distribution of plant and animal products, including processing. The group’s activities are organized into two sectors: Agriculture and Food/Diversification.
Equipped with an aging information system, Cap Seine launched its Harmonii program with multiple objectives: to renew the information system, optimize business processes and anticipate their evolutions, unite teams around best practices with the aim of placing the member at the heart of the information system.
In this context, the ADAX COOP program represented a real opportunity for Cap Seine: the group wanted to invest in a scalable and flexible system, an integrated solution to share corporate applications, and an ERP with wide functional coverage (upstream and downstream) in strong alignment with the cooperative’s business needs:
- member management (member knowledge, member accounts, social capital, compensation),
- traceability,
- quality control,
- end-to-end management from field to plate.
These features will support Cap Seine’s ambition to serve the development of its members.
Cap Seine and Acolyance participate in the LAB ADAX COOP
The agricultural cooperatives Acolyance and Cap Seine will therefore have the opportunity to work closely with the publisher and integrator TVH Consulting, and to participate in the roadmap of its ADAX COOP solution as well as in its evolution.
Developing ADAX COOP, the ERP for agricultural cooperatives

“To better support its growth and continue its innovation strategy, Cap Seine has chosen TVH Consulting, an aggregator of ADAX COOP needs and initiator of the LAB ADAX COOP. This program allows agricultural cooperatives to better prepare for the future and ensure a response to our business challenges. The ADAX COOP solution stands out from other solutions by its flexibility, scalability, and the adaptability of its features to business uses: taking into account the multi-company, multi-site, multi-business, and multi-point-of-sale context, setting up regulatory monitoring, centralized reference, etc.…” explains Ahmed Mahcer, President and CEO at TVH Consulting.
“Our structure having reached a critical size, we faced the limitations of our existing information system. To best support our growth, we turned to ADAX COOP, which with the extensive coverage of its features but above all the opportunities offered by the tool, met all our expectations: perfect knowledge of the member, optimization of distribution channels, valorization of collections, etc.” explains Yannick Houvet, Administrative and Financial Director at Cap Seine.
