Since 2003, TVH Consulting has been based on a dual ambition: to provide the best ERP solutions while combining ethics and performance, supported by an innovative and unifying management policy. Insights with Ahmed Mahcer, General Manager.
What ERP solutions do you offer and based on what criteria?
ERP, the core of companies’ information systems, must be a key strategic tool, a creator of value, flexible, and scalable. A relevant ERP solution must be sustainable, meet business challenges with a clear roadmap and international positioning. Based on these criteria, we have selected the market’s major solutions: Microsoft Dynamics and SAP S4/HANA. We are the only ones to challenge our offers with a comparative study proposed to General and Business Management to validate their ERP choice and partner. We have a true consulting flair in total independence: we are not solution sellers but experts whose advice commits to short, medium, and long term.
What is your approach to the profession?
TVH Consulting has only one profession: ERP expertise. This choice stems from the desire to optimally address the challenges that implementing an ERP solution represents for our clients (Pierre Fabre, Saint Maclou, Fleury Michon…). We only offer solutions that meet our clients’ requirements while maintaining total independence from publishers to preserve our advisory role. We continuously improve our processes to acquire and deliver a deep functional and technical understanding of the ERPs we support. Finally, we fully cover the four main competencies: consulting, ERP solution integration, support, and the evolution of implemented solutions.
You talk about reconciling ethics and performance. What values does TVH Consulting uphold?
TVH Consulting is, first and foremost, a team of seasoned professionals sharing the same values and ambition: to deliver the best state-of-the-art within a rigorous ethical framework. Our management policy encourages shareholding among employees and promotes maximum team engagement as well as retaining the best profiles. TVH Consulting is experiencing strong growth and accelerating its internationalization.
