The combination with Goom, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central specialist based in Madrid and Galicia, significantly strengthens TVH Consulting’s capabilities in Spain and enables it to offer SMEs and mid-sized companies a broader range of services for their digital transformation projects.
Backed by 21 Invest, TVH Consulting, a European provider of ERP, CRM, Data/AI and Cybersecurity integration and software solutions, announces the acquisition of Spanish company Goom.
Founded in 2013, Goom employs 45 people and generated revenue of €4 million in 2025. Its expertise spans the consulting, deployment and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, helping SMEs and mid-sized companies digitalise their business management processes.
A new milestone in building a leading player in Spain
This acquisition marks a new milestone in TVH Consulting’s European strategy and consolidates the Group’s presence in the Spanish market. The combination of Algoritmia, Olivia and Goom now represents more than €20 million in revenue and brings together over 180 employees, strengthening the Group’s ability to deliver solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365—including Business Central and Finance & Operations—Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Copilot, CRM and Cybersecurity.
TVH Consulting is strengthening its proximity to Spanish businesses and expanding its ability to lead both national and international projects. The Group will therefore be able to offer Goom’s clients extended support, from ERP scoping and deployment through to data utilisation, process automation and information-system security.
The combination of Goom and TVH Consulting will notably:
- increase deployment and support capacity across the various Microsoft Dynamics solutions;
- mobilise local teams with in-depth knowledge of the Spanish market’s regulatory and business challenges;
- strengthen the delivery of multi-country projects;
- provide access to complementary expertise in CRM, Data/AI, Power Platform, Cloud and Cybersecurity;
- pool skills, methodologies and innovation investments; and
- offer employees new career opportunities and the chance to contribute to major European projects.
TVH Consulting has also entered into exclusive negotiations with another European ERP solutions integrator, which would further strengthen TVH’s expertise and local presence.
