The transaction carried out by Pragma Capital through the Pragma III fund involves acquiring a majority of the capital, alongside the management team led by Ahmed Mahcer and Eric Boisneault, appointed respectively as Chairman of the Management Board and General Manager, and Guy Tubiana, the Founder, who shows his confidence in the existing team by reinvesting in the operation and joining the Supervisory Board and the Strategic Committee.
