Concrete and effective training
I had one month of training on the following topics: the role of a consultant, Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions, and ADAX (Advanced Distribution for Microsoft Dynamics AX) and conducting case studies. I was able to apply all the concepts learned during the training in my initial projects. This training enabled me to integrate very quickly into a project team.
A highly enriching professional experience
On a daily basis, I work on very interesting projects from a functional perspective, with close proximity to my managers. We have a work organization that encourages exchanges between consultants, which unifies and solidifies project team members. The trust granted by TVH Consulting teams is very rewarding. We have autonomy in our work that allows us to manage our own areas and projects while having the support of the director and other consultants on the project.
Sharing and conviviality
Very frequently, TVH Consulting organizes events (evenings, go-karting, barbecues, etc.), and the Works Council often organizes great weekends abroad or for skiing. These events help to forge ties with colleagues we don’t see every day as nomadic consultants.
