Can you tell us about your journey?
After an internship in Web Development, I joined a company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics AX where I worked for a few months. That’s how I started with Dynamics AX back then.
How did you hear about TVH Consulting?
Through word of mouth, I met a consultant from TVH Consulting at a client site where I was working. I immediately embraced the corporate culture and wanted to join them. It’s a human-sized company, with tight-knit teams and a real drive to succeed in projects. This is what particularly attracted me.
How has your role evolved within the company?
I have always evolved at TVH because I can’t stay still. I started as a Developer, then was quickly positioned with clients, with the project teams. Today, I am a Technical Coordinator, meaning I am in direct contact with the Project Manager, and my role is to ensure that developments are up to date. I manage the development schedule, their quality, and am in direct contact with the client regarding technical choices.
Two years ago, I also went on an assignment for a year with our technical teams in Casablanca, with the aim of supporting juniors, restructuring the team, and implementing procedures to gain efficiency in total collaboration with the local agency director. Management has always listened to my development desires and has trusted me.

If you had to describe TVH Consulting in one word?
Two words: Agility and Team Spirit.
What advice would you give to newcomers?
Be open, friendly, don’t hesitate to reach out to others, and above all, take charge of your career, be proactive, and don’t wait for things to come to you.
What is your best memory at TVH?
The launch of the Manutan client (my first launch). It’s the result of several months and sometimes years of work, the satisfaction of seeing your work take shape.
What is your next challenge?
I am drawn to challenges like team management or project management. I wish to continue in this direction to invest even more in the company’s success.
What are your passions outside of work?
Carpentry/woodworking, DIY, and sports (especially cycling).
