Freedom and trust given to the employee
After several years with an ERP editor/integrator, I joined the TVH Consulting team in 2006 to gain knowledge about a “new ERP that seemed very promising”: Microsoft Dynamics AX. After a few years of consulting, I decided to join the operational team of one of our clients to discover the ERP “from the inside”. TVH Consulting gave me the freedom to make this choice… which I fully appreciated.
In 2010, I decided to join the product development team at TVH Consulting, to participate in designing the ADAX solution (Advanced Distribution for Microsoft Dynamics AX). It’s rare to find a company so attentive to the wishes of its employees!
Availability and professionalism of the teams
The employees at TVH Consulting always make themselves available to help and inform each other. On a project level, TVH Consulting offers a very structuring methodology that allows junior consultants to perfectly integrate into a project and allows all of us to intervene during a project. TVH Consulting’s intranet is well-developed and offers numerous documents for all employees, both in terms of administrative procedures (essential at the time of integration) and in terms of business (training support, various presentations, etc.).
A friendly and fun atmosphere!
I am fortunate to work at the TVH Consulting agency in Toulouse, within a small team. The daily atmosphere is truly excellent, and we very regularly organize extracurricular activities with our families. The recurring activities organized by the Works Council (galette des rois, beaujolais nouveau, bowling, etc.) are very appreciated and demonstrate the company’s desire to take care of its employees.
Autonomy in work
The work environment at TVH Consulting is particularly pleasant. We have the opportunity to work remotely occasionally, and tools are made available to facilitate telecommuting.
