With an MBA in Finance and some experience with SAP, I was approached by TVH Consulting! TVH Consulting recognized my potential and made me want to join the adventure: a young team, a rapidly growing company, and motivating projects!
An Ideal Onboarding Process
At the end of my onboarding phase, I was assigned to my first client, a very large fashion brand, paired with a TVH Consulting associate. Quickly, I was in charge of my own area. A few weeks later, I joined another project for an industrial service company. Once again, the skill-building was done in tandem with another TVH Consulting associate. This method of integration, although a real investment for the company, truly allows learning in the best conditions: feeling supported, developing autonomy, etc.
A Very Attentive Management
I feel that I have always been listened to regarding my desires:
- My desire to progress (project management, functional coordination, etc.)
- My desire to broaden my skills (training)
- My desire to work internationally, but also… to not do it anymore (“I’m Mummy now!”)
I believe that today, I’ve been given many opportunities to enrich my skills, develop my curiosity, and unite project teams… and I’ve seized them.

What I love is the truly collaborative spirit at TVH Consulting. My managers have always been attentive and remain very accessible. Even though the teams don’t all work together daily on the same projects, we all stay in contact, which tremendously helps maintain a trusting atmosphere. In the end, I think, “I love the people I work with.”
