Can you tell us about your background?
I completed engineering training in Morocco, coupled with military training as a Reserve Officer. Subsequently, I specialized in Information Systems.
How did you hear about TVH Consulting?
A friend of mine was working for TVH in Toulouse, and he convinced me to join the company. What interested me the most was the opportunity offered by TVH to train in development on Microsoft Dynamics AX, even though I had no prior experience.
How has your career evolved within the company?
I first spent 2 years at the Casablanca branch, then I joined the AX support team in Maisons Laffitte, where I stayed for 2 years. For just over a year now, I have been working with the project teams and traveling to clients. Over 6 years, I’ve constantly evolved, and I have been able to count on the support of my colleagues. Their availability, attentiveness, and advice have been a great help.

The consultant must have a global vision of the project, both for the present and the future. The solution they need to implement must meet current needs and also be maintainable and adaptable over time. A good technical consultant needs to be versatile, with skills in development, but also in architecture, installations, systems, databases, etc. They also need to have good interpersonal skills with other consultants, and know when to delegate tasks if necessary.
If you had to describe TVH in one word?
My second family.
What is your best memory at TVH?
The company ski weekends. My first time in the mountains and the first time I saw such a large amount of snow! Since then, I go back every year with pleasure!
What are your passions outside of work?
I practice Bachata. It’s a partner dance from the Dominican Republic, derived from salsa.
