Can you tell us about your background?
I have a degree in Industrial and Logistics Engineering. Initially, I planned to work as a Production Engineer. I did several internships in Production and Logistics, fields that interested me. Then in the 4th year, we tackled Information Systems Management with a strong focus on SAP, and that’s when I started to get interested. I also had the opportunity to talk with alumni from my school who had become SAP Consultants, and I decided to pursue that path. I was able to work for 1 year as an SAP Project Manager at Panzani Lustucru, as part of their SAP implementation project. This experience truly opened the way for me to become an SAP Consultant.
How did you learn about TVH Consulting, and why did you decide to join us?
I particularly enjoyed working on an integration project at Panzani Lustucru. It made me want to join an integrator. I was recommended TVH Consulting as a great place to learn and improve skills in SAP. So I sent my resume and was accepted.
What does a Consultant’s job at TVH Consulting involve?
A consultant at Cadexpert/TVH Consulting mainly works on integration projects where they are responsible for one or more modules. So we have a lot of responsibilities right from the start, no matter our level, but learning is very quick, and we can count on more experienced consultants if needed. There is a true spirit of teamwork and support. But there are also many requirements and expectations, so you need to be able to become autonomous quickly.

So far, I’ve mainly worked on IS redesign projects, involving ERP changes. But the advantage of being with an integrator is that in 2 years, I’ve been able to work on projects for clients in pharma, chemicals, agri-food, and medical devices, each time with new challenges and the acquisition of knowledge that is, shall we say, more “sector-specific.”
The most complex yet richest project is the one I’m currently working on -> the DRT project. The scope is very broad, with several subsidiaries in several countries, and multiple logistics warehouses. We have worked on a standardized solution that we are currently deploying across the entire group. There are regulatory constraints, capacity issues… So many challenges. And all of this on the S/4 HANA solution. In this project, my biggest challenge is the implementation of PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling), which was entrusted to me. It’s an advanced planning tool, which, to make it simple, will allow DRT to precisely manage its planning and production across all its plants and logistics warehouses.
If you had to describe Cadexpert in one word?
The two words that come to mind are responsibility and autonomy. That’s what is expected of Consultants at Cadexpert, that they are responsible and autonomous, and you understand why as soon as you start working on a project.
What is your best memory at Cadexpert?
The seminar in Marrakech in March. It was an opportunity to meet the TVH Consulting teams, collaborate, and create true team cohesion. The evenings, the team-building activities, everything was great and allowed us to have a good time together.
What advice would you give to newcomers?
Be patient and listen to the seniors.
