How would you describe Cosmos in a few words?

It’s a human-sized company, attentive and trusting of its employees. It allows you to quickly gain skills and become a true expert in Business Intelligence. Besides the professional aspect, the atmosphere is very good, and the team is united and supportive.

Any rituals with your team?

The morning coffee with the team where we debrief about everything: our weekends, our missions, and of course OM’s matches.

What does your job bring you?

• The opportunity to regularly take on new challenges through managing and executing BI projects. There’s always personal and professional satisfaction when completing this type of mission aimed at optimizing and improving decision-making, activity management, and making data access more accessible to users.
• Discovering different professions, analyzing and understanding their needs and translating them into technical achievements (creation of KPIs, dashboards, data modeling, etc.)
• The chance to share our knowledge and methodologies through training and skill transfers to our clients.

What is your greatest professional accomplishment?

The best missions entrusted to me are those that allowed me to build a decision-making system from scratch at our clients’ sites based on the SAP BusinessObjects suite (needs study, installation, configuration, and access rights management, data modeling, creation of universes, operational reports and management dashboards).

What has been your main challenge at Cosmos?

The main challenge in BI is managing complex needs and data while providing users with accessible and effective analysis and management methods.

What is your best memory?

Our company seminars where we get to release some pressure and strengthen our bonds!
