The batch’s validity end date on its forecast expiry date is shown in the standard SAP dynamic stock listing (MD04)

However, any anticipating and scheduling of stock replenishment on the basis of the forecast unavailability of expired batches is an entirely manual process. This add-on makes it possible to avoid stockouts resulting from a poor assessment of availability in MRP, and to anticipate the steps to be taken to reduce the need to destroy or downgrade expired goods.
