We continued to work with our customers in 2020, despite the difficulties and doubts caused by the health and economic situation. It has been a period we have valued, demonstrating solidarity, while featuring a certain level of compromise and some adaptations to how we work together. And under these particularly difficult circumstances, our motivation remains unchanged: we intend to support you in your digital transformation and make your ERP projects a success.
We are truly living in unprecedented times, and we hope that Covid-19 has not affected you too much, either personally or professionally. We would like to thank you for your custom and cooperation during this tricky period. It spurs us to prepare to face the new year standing shoulder to shoulder with you.
We were unable to hold our User Group meeting in 2020, but we very much hope to see you again in 2021. The last meeting brought together our Microsoft Dynamics and SAP customers to exchange views about shared issues. We wish to repeat the experience in 2021.

Pour l’édition 2018 de son club d’utilisateurs, TVH Consulting a souhaité réunir tous ses clients utilisateurs Microsoft Dynamics et SAP pour la 1ère fois. Une opportunité pour tous nos Clients d’échanger sur les différentes solutions ERP, CRM, BI qu’ils utilisent pour répondre à leurs enjeux métiers et réglementaires. Il est toujours très enrichissant pour eux de comprendre comment chacun avance sur ces projets : embarquer les Directions Métiers, convaincre la Direction Générale, comment pousser le choix du Cloud en interne, quelles sont les nouveautés technologiques (IA, Big Data, Modules complémentaires…) associées à la plateforme Microsoft et SAP ?
Après une journée entière au Musée du Vin à Paris entre concours à l’aveugle & visite guidée, voici en synthèse les temps forts de cette journée qui a rassemblé environ 30 clients Microsoft et SAP.

Tasting at the Paris Wine Museum
For the 2018 User Group meeting, TVH Consulting wanted to bring its Microsoft Dynamics and SAP customers together for the first time. An opportunity for all of our customers to discuss the various ERP, CRM and BI solutions that they use to meet the business and regulatory challenges they face. It is always very rewarding for them to understand how everyone is progressing on all fronts, getting the Business Departments on board, convincing senior management, lobbying internally for use of cloud-based solutions, and news about technological innovations (AI, Big Data, any new modules, etc.) associated with the Microsoft and SAP platform.
After a whole day at the Paris Wine Museum, with a blind tasting contest and guided tour, here is an executive summary of the highlights of a day attended by some 30 of our Microsoft and SAP customers.

For its third User Group meeting, TVH Consulting invited its partner customers to the Microsoft digital apartment for a day on the subject of “User friendliness and feedback”.
From the impact of digital transformation on businesses to the best practices in migration to 365, via the key success factors in an international ERP implementation, this event gave the various attendees an overall picture of their respective challenges, sometimes shared by others, and to discuss best business practices in Microsoft environments.
